      • Well it sat at Walgreens for 2 days, I went there today pulled all the 30 amp fuses and reseated them, it started. I was able to get it back home. now to clean the fuse connection ( they do not look bad) and check the relay. I heard that if the wires are bare at the tank it can do that but it would have blown the fuse. so sitting here typing and thinking I have time now no hurry and to be sure will have the fuel pump replaced not knowing, for all I know that Pump was on there from the factory, 21 years. when it is done I will check if it is original, that would be crazy,. BTW anyone ever try to install an inline pump? is it even worth it?

        • My 95 has 185K on its original fuel pump. That's with probably at least ten years with the added pressure involved in 10psi of boost. ....I'm sure I just jinxed myself.

            • My ‘92 SL2 original pump was still working in 2017 when I gave it to a friend. That’s 25 years of flawless service.

              • Drove my 97 wire tucked car after replacing the fuel pump and it kept losing pressure…. I find it helps if it’s over a quarter tank. I’ll keep that in mind!

                • Last week or weekend , somewhere around, i made a template for my long tube header flange (to convert into a 2 piece design), scanned, modeled it in a dxf, and sent off to be laser cut. I made the main flange in a drill press that i could not slow down enough, and that experience was enough to dissuade me from doing that way again. So now I wait.

                  • I’ve installed the trigger wheel I was able to acquire from the monsta paired with a Cherry hall sensor. I was able to wire it to my megasquirt 3 and now I’m controlling spark and fuel. Then my alternator went out so I was able to get it replaced before the rain hit. Doing my learning curve before I build my sleeved block

                    • It's been a little while since I checked in here. Glad to see all the new posts and continued builds/projects.

Placed a order for engine parts this week. Planning to get the wagon back on the road hopefully soon. It's been down for over 3 years now. (This is the gold 94 I bought from Joey) Just going back to fun daily status for now.

My coupe was the daily but has become the fun (coilovers/swaybar/etc.) dragon slayer. So I want to continue making the coupe more of a dragon slayer/auto x monster.

Yeah I’m keeping it, and yeah I’ll keep everyone updated! Not much progress so far. But I did pick up a 1993 sc2 that the build will be going into!

Now just need an alignment and have the tie rod ends replaced while they're at it.
Will the street car remain automatic like the drag car was? Or are you going with a 5 speed this time around?
