Hahah definitely look for an update on Tuesday and the car should be well cleaned up. I'm hoping that my custom Koni/GC's will be in before the autocross on April 25th in Lancaster, PA so I can get that squared away. Picking up a front swaybar from JSC on Tuesday to complete the front suspension for now. I haven't really got to look closely at the bushings yet to see how they are doing, but I imagine they will be just fine right now.

          Peace.

Excellent find Kob. I've always liked the 04-05 Imps best. Can I make a suggestion for you? Cobb Accessport. One of my best friends has an 02 and I helped him install it and play with the settings afterward. It had to be one of the simplest things I have ever done on a car. And since you're wanting to milk out the power from your stock turbo, I would say that it would be a great investment for you.
Good luck with the build and I'll be following.

Yea the accessport is on the list of parts I am picking up on Tuesday from JSC Speed hahah. It's more expensive then some other options, but I just want something easy that I can use, and send a datalog to a tuner to have corrections made and upload his new tune to it. Seems like the simplest method to me.

@80k your bushings will be fine

make sure you upgrade the front endlinks. Get the rallitek stock-style design. Do not get the kartboy dogbone style

You're going to love it then. It is no joke when I say a trained monkey could use it and the fact that you can change tunes on the fly with a valet mode is just cool.

Gosh dangit, apparently there is an RPF-1 Wheel Shortage, which is the same thing that happened when I was building the teal coupe lol. Hopefully I can track some down somewhere.

Discussed some other tids and bits with Travis about the swaybar and pretty much got the front setup squared away. Just a matter of waiting on Ground Control and piecing some other parts together.

I am really looking forward to how this car is going to turn out. I loved your coupe and think you made some really nice clean decisions on it. That is the exact same thing I am expecting out of this build. Good luck with it man. Have you decided what bolt-ons will be going on first, other than suspension stuff?

Very interested in where you're going to take this Kob. RPF1s are one of the greatest wheels for that generation of Impreza for sure, and light as hell to boot.

Yea I seen tuning, but they use the UTEC pretty exclusively it looks like. Down the road we'll see, I'm sure they would be familiar with the AP as well.
