Just don't rush things, it can never turn out good that way. If you don't have cash for anything you really need and/or want to put on it, don't go with something cheaper. It will bite you in the ass later on down the road.

Thanks for the advice. I definitely won't think of boosting the car until the new engine is broken in and I have gotten a solid tune n/a that doesn't have any random spikes. Jason will probably be on speed dial along with Tony when I start getting stuff done on this thing. Any advise on injector sizing? I suppose when i start ripping the car apart would be a good time to replace all of my fuel components from fuel pump to filter to my fuel pressure regulator. Do you have any other advice on parts that i should probably replace while the car is apart? (most of the sensors are less than 20,000 miles old) being that the sohc is still in the car, all of my ignition components are brand new sitting in my room, so those are ready to go. If anyone thinks of something else not mentioned, bring it up.

injector sizing for n/a or turbo??
I would do a thorough check of ALL suspension components. Bushings, ball joints, struts, mounts, everything. It's easier to do when there's that extra room

injector sizing is for the turbo build.. I'll update on the other engine build as I actually accumulate the money to be able to complete it.

o yea, jason, where did you mount your knock sensor? I remember it being toward the trans side of the engine, but i can't remember where exactly you had it.
