Re: dreams' SV650S type "R" Q&A
pleas tell me you didnt take those pics while on the crapper. posting from crapper like i am doing now is fine but pics??? thats pushing itOriginally posted by ECOtec GodsConsider this: 800 hp is a lot on a 2.0L motor. With 750hp, three-quarters of a thousand you're basically dealing with 6.14 hp per cubic inch. Pressures and stresses of all kinds thermal and mechanical loading across the board escalate to extreme levels. A Chevrolet 5.7-liter LS1 V8 with this much specific power (horsepower per cubic inch) would be making 2,137 hp

the fairing addition looks sick, not too often you see people doing that to the half faired bikes, normally go nekid like i did -Tyler

2005 Chevy Trailblazer
1999 Saturn SL2
2002 Suzuki Bandit 1200

Re: dreams' SV650S type "R" Q&A
hey first gens have belly pans! I am getting one, along with a front 1/4 fairing, radiator sides, and flush mount signals all around. Should look pretty slick. Belly pans/ lower fairings are abundant on ebay. Why are we modding slow cars? lol, atleast the bikes have some grunt.
Why do you ride a bike with no torque? haha Just kiddin!
oh and I have an extra tire, but its a 180, not a 160... and its a lil dry rotted.

Re: dreams' SV650S type "R" Q&A
Have you seen my sig? I think I ride both bikes that have torque. My bike has more power then 1/2 of the peoples cars on here
I need like a 160 or 170 for the sv. the busa comes with like a 190 from factory.
I need new rear pads too... The belly pans and lower farings are getting harder to find from a quality dist. Those cheap ass ones are simply that. Total garbage, none of the bolt holes line up, you have to drill holes if you wanna do sliders, etc... Damn I wish I didnt have to get rid of it either...2002 Saturn SL1- 5 speed, basic, slow, and staying that way.

Re: dreams' SV650S type "R" Q&A
Lol, bikes mods come second to car mods. I want to do some kind of aero work because wind blast is gay. lol. After that little bit, I will be pleasantly satisfied with my toy for a while. then come power mods. with the way it is, pinning it in first and second is enough to lift the front tire about 4 inches immediately, and i sit with my nuts on the tank. lol.

Re: dreams' SV650S type "R" Q&A
I wasn't able to lift the bike up until I did the R6 throttle tube mod. there was to much throw before. It sounds like the previous owner of your bike got a bigger rear sprocket and maybe did the tube thing as well. Next mod is the Hyabusa mirrors since I found them cheap.sigpic
