This spring i started my DOHC build finally.
Plan is to do a mostly stock rebuild and keep the boost a flowing.
Currently the block is all torn down, mostly cleaned. Pistons are on the way. DOHC 20 thou. over, speed pro hypers. Stock rods.
Head still needs valves removed. Will receive dual intake cams, new valve seals (maybe a valve job), flatten mating surface, and replace valves that got fucked by bits of piston being removed from the engine. Also clean up combustion chamber and if there is time, port match at least the exhaust runners.
From looking at the SOHC manifold i think i will have to weld on a new flange, i don't believe there is enough metal to drill 3 new holes (lower two should line up)
Might send the turbine section out to Jet-hot to get high temp silver.

^--That looks horrible. Note the very DEEP groove the bearing cut into the crank. Add new crankshaft to the list.

^--Here's where most of the bits of piston landed... couple valves have some serious dings in them.
