Waterboy's 2000 honda cbr 600f4

I bought This bike near the end of summer 2009.The goals for it to look good and have a little more ass than stock.The pictures below show the condtion of the bike when i bought it.

Planed mods:
Yoshimura slip on
Dynojet jet kit
K&n air filter
Steering stabilizer
Tires
Chain and sprokets
Flush mount blinkers
Intergrated taillight
New fairings
Paint tank to match
Mirror block off plates
New smaller plate bracket





Since Owning it i have done some small mods





This is the current condtion of the bike as i wait for my fairings to come in and my tank is at the painters

Just an little update.I got some more parts in to clean up the bike everything installed besides the mirror block offs since i don't have my plastics and tank back yet



Also got my got my jet kit installed but in the process of removing the carburetors i managed to bust one of the plastic elbows on the carburetor that connects to an vacuum line so i get to go to the dealer and bend over to get raped.



Other than that most of the bike should be back together in the next month hopefully I only have some small items to order to get the bike to look like i want it to

Looks sharp man but I have a noob question I guess, since I have never owned a bike. No mirrors? Do you just not use them anyway?

sometimes on a motorcycle when you have mirrors the bike vibrates soo much its useless to have them. at least thats the case on my cb350

You can pick either the mirrors are set for when you are tucked and they are useless when crusing or you can have them set for crusing and they are useless when tucked (how I always had mine cause when I tuck nothing behind me is catching me) Personally I like having them but most of the time they are useless.

The first bike i own had no mirrors and i had just gotten used to looking over my shoulder.their more of an pain than their worth cant see much out of them anyways

the tank is finished the clear coat is curing.I'm just a lil high form the fumes i should be able to buff it out and put it on the bike over the weekend
