    Turbo Gayness:

    1G dsm manifold (35$ and fits perfect)
    14b turbo to start with, then a 14b/GT30R hybrid later on
    2.25" intercooler piping
    Bar/Plate intercooler core, about a 22" long core
    Blitz knock off BOV (its awesome quality)
    Billet injector bosses (HAWTNESS)
    Stainless fuel feed, then hardline (aluminum, none of that copper crap) to injectors
    4 ply black couplers
    4 ply intake system coupler
    2.5" downpipe, 2.5" glasspack and undercar dump
    Civic radiator mounted very durably, like a fucking tank
    1700cfm slimfan


    I probably missed a bunch of shit too. I have shit coming to the house left and right so I really don't even know whats going on right now.

    Okay here's What I've done

    Replaced: Ebay T3/t4 Turbo with a REAL Garrett T3/60-1 Turbo (63 hot /60 compressor)

    yay turbo



    Replaced 38# Injectors with 62# injectors...yay EIC
    Installed AEM Wideband

    This is the plan
    • Replace the stupid DSM Manifold with a Alphatuning.com Shorty Manifold + Downpipe (if mike's too busy then IAN said he could make me one)
      Called FSR and asked about Intake Manifolds, explained my timeframe and he said it's cool. So 3" Intake Manifold it is.
      T3/60-1 Will Stay.
      Replace the stupid HKS Ebay Knock-off
      MegaSquirt II will be built w/ a megaview.
      Eventually I'll put in the EDIS-4 Ign System but for now i'll put in the OBD-1 Ign Module.
      Walbro 255 High-Pressure In-Tank Fuel Pump
      Boost is now dropped to 8psi.
      Need to Call FSR about Turbo Cams, but I need to find stock cams first.
      Get a New ACT 6Puck Clutch + Pressure Plate.
      Fix the damn Oil Leak.
      Mount Radiator CORRECTLY, the radiator is angled weird and it was epoxy'd to the intercooler [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/confused.gif[/img] , it overheats and i need to have the fan on.
      Hood-Scoop (Sprint Style)
      Actually put an exhaust on once I get the manifold and downpipe.


    I've budgeted all of this with http://www.mint.com it's a GREAT tool. I've had problems with overdrafting wayyyy too much.

    Help will be from http://www.sixthsphere.com and plastikracing.

    Reason: Well after seeing how my car was sold and then stripped for profit, I want to build this car correctly and hit my goal of 300WHP. If I can squeeze more HP out then I will. But It's going to be small steps. And to prove that I am capable of doing this.

    Hopefully done by: October 08 or never lol

      Yup, you should be able to pull it off.
      2000 SL2 5 speed, boosted, meth injected, parted out...268whp & 254wtq (stock pump maxed out)..

          Elvic give me a call tomorrow at work and Ill put you on the phone with mike if you dont have his number. He is doing mock up on another kit he is building and will be starting mine soon.

                I've heard of people running 35+psi on the 38mm (not Saturns, but bigger turbos), you'll be fine (and it costs less!) with the 38mm [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif[/img]

                Is that del sol radiator the one everyone uses? If so, might want to double check that the location of the coolant inlet/outlet won't interfere with where the downpipe and hot side piping runs and such

                    ive got a civic rad and if you are wanting to get an all aluminum rad get the jegs universal or spend the monies and get a fluidyne or becool cuz with the civic one you arent goin to have much room to work with

                      Use the TB off of a GM 4.3/5.0/5.7. they have a 3" plate and the sensors plug up to our harnesses.

                          My concern is the radiator, this is what i've done to keep the fucking car from overheating

                          Removed: Thermostat, Fan on all the time, and the heat blasting too. But it still goes 3/4 up :rawr:

                          I need to know if i should get a stock radiator or what?

                          I'll post pics of the poorly mounted Radiator.
