The list alone (just added prices of things I bought. Guessed on a few I don't remember anymore, or haven't bought) totals just under $3,000. I still am planning on buying an ACT 6 puck and a Quaffie though, so that will make it a lot more. I'll need to buy sticky tires as well.

But in regards to the bare necessities, $3,000.

Progress? Meh, I call BS on myself. It's only an hours worth of work, but it's proof that I am actually doing SOMETHING!

                Bye bye AIR System!

                Soon to be turbo?

No need for this anymore (Someone already has dibs, so don't PM me! haha)

                  Re: Justin's Turbo Failure

Spent a good portion of the day working on it, running to home depot twice for bolts (lol wrong pitch).

So.. I took the A/C out. I love it.. but the condenser was fucked beyond repair, and the parts store didn't carry them, so I'm going to run without it.

                  Fluidyne FTW!

Starting to remove my cross member...

Rear discs as soon as my energy suspension bushings come in (ordered them today when I saw the condition of the existing bushings..). Ordered some hawk HPS' for the front as well (back already has ebc greens)

I also removed the entire exhaust and clocked the turbo.

Still not sure how I'm going to run the intercooler piping.. oh well, I'll figure it out.

"Finished" the car. Meaning, it's boosting.

4psi for now, until I get the manual boost controller and my new V-Band clamp (broke the stud on the other by over-tightening it trying to seal flanges that are likely warped).

I'll likely get some better pictures whenever I get a chance to have a shoot with someone.

                            Re: Justin's Turbo Failure

Well, this kind of went to shit in terms of keeping everyone updated (that doesn't speak to me directly).

                            Cliffs;
                            - Car ran well all summer, ended up peaking at around ~8psi and resulted in the dyno below.
                            - Took the car to the dragon, ran great minus a few popped couplers (BUY TBOLTS THE FIRST TIME!!), and a nut that wasn't torqued tight enough.
                            - Blew the car up in late september or early october if I remember correctly. Never tore the motor down so I'm not positive, but the AFRs were perfect, so I'd say just detonation due to excess heat/fucked up timing.
                            - Bought a forged motor(ross pistons, crower rods, qksl2 turbo cams) from Hellix.
                            - Bought a Electromotive Tec GT from ricesucks!!\

                            8psi on a 9 bolt motor with 185k miles
