The rotating assembly is getting balanced.
adding the third gen tie plate and accesories

    dual intake cam setup
    P&Pd intake man
    Storm GSI TB
    MS1 w/ msns-e V29
    JAW WBO2

Switching to a coupe manual steering rack
    putting SS brake lines on.

        Re: bwtuckers turbo build

well, the car has been completely stripped down. I pressure washed the engine bay since everything is out and i'm going to be re-painting it. I already sandblasted most of the small brackets and the cradle and will start painting them this weekend. I pulled the steering rack out of the car and I'm going to swap it with a coupe rack and keep it manual steering. The motor is torn down and I should be putting it back together in a week or 2 with a nicely ported head. I know I promised pics and I will get them up soon.

Turbo Saturns never have a finishing date. You know that.

Bingo, actually the car will be together by the end of the month but I suspect tuning will take a while. It will be at the Dragon though!!!

                              Re: bwtuckers turbo build

Ok, the motor is in the car and the wastegate and DP have been mounted. I ran into some clearance issues with the DP as in, I had to totally cut out a section of the subframe crossbar. Was not aware that that was going to be an issue and found out the hard way. I guess I'll have to fab up a brace now. Found a crack in the exhaust manifold too so things are getting delayed a little longer while I repair that. i'll get pics up tomorrow.
