    And here begins the progress of my new build. First off, I'll list everything that will be part of the setup:

    Engine:
    JE pistons
    Crower rods
    1999 block and crank
    1997 ported and polished DOHC head
    FSR Motorsports turbo cams

    Drivetrain:
    MP3 transmission with MP2 5th
    ACT 6-puck clutch
    Cheap tires

    Turbo
    Ian/Mike/JW turbo header
    T04e turbo
    3" downpipe and side-exit exhaust
    Tial 38mm wastegate
    Turbo XS RFL blow-off valve
    FSR Motorsports intake manifold
    GM 3800 throttle body
    FSR Motorsports radiator/intercooler combo

    Engine Management"
    MegaSquirt 1 w/ eDIS ignition control
    42lb/hr injectors
    IAC valve via MS
    Boost control via MS

    Goal: 200whp.

      it's back up. But what's that about the power steering? ...... there's not a chance in hell that's gonna work with the factory pump. Unless I'm completely looking at it wrong [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_scratch.gif[/img]

        I haven't mocked it up. I was able to assemble the intake without having to remove the mounting holes for the pump, but whether it fits or not is in question.

            have you tried the EDIs with the lightwieght pulley? Id think it would be about the same wieght as the stock pully. In case you're wondering Im thinking of adding the wheel too since OBD2 is kicking my ass.

              Bastard. I measured it and if I had a 5mm spacer it'd fit. I will just need to lift some weights now.

                    I'm still in shock how clean this build is. I'm used to your builds where the whole damn engine and engine bay is dripping with oil and dirt.

                      LOL, don't count him out yet. It's still going into the same car.

                      BTW, you'll have to throw on your camera mount and get some vid when this thing is running.
