    SEIBON S-Series Trunk Buy-In: All Gens (Pink Update, pg.11)

    Hello alls. As some of you may know, I run GyrlSpeed Racing Team Performance. I was trying to see what us Saturn owners were interested in to be made in carbon fiber. Most of the members said trunks so here's the buy-in for SEIBON trunks for all gen S-Series cars. (wagons not included for obvious reasons).

    Here are the specifics:
    The mold fee is $1300 bucks. Anyone on the buy-in I would ask to pay $65 up front if they are TRULY interested. This $65 bucks would come off the final price of the trunk which I would like to cost about $450 (less that $65) for a total of $385 plus shipping. I would go to the jy and get the trunk and ship it to them out of my pocket. The turn around time once I (us) approved the mold would be 8 weeks and about another week for them to get to us.

    These buy-ins can go on as long as necessary until we get 20 people set on any list. Once 20 is reached, we can begin the mold process and go from there til our hoods are produced. There is no time limit as SEIBON is a company that is settled in and can do the work that they are paid for.

      Umm.. wouldn't each mold be $1300? So then you'd want 20 people for each of the 3?

      I don't see this happening, no offense. I can think of about 4 people who might buy this..

        ^^^Yes, that's why there's 5 different lists...otherwise, we'd only have one list. I know it will take a while, so that's why I'm taking the advice given to post this on other forums as well.

          EDIT: your model and year styles need to be adjusted

          1g sl 91-95

          1g sc 91-96

          2g sl 96- not sure if 3g is compatible

          2g sc 97-00 pretty sure 3g is not compatible

                      ok, well I guess they did change I need to be on the '01-'02 SC lid.

                      I thought the 2/3G SL lids were the same, just a different reflector panel.
