You may or may not recall that I did this same thing on TSN in 2006.
Here's what you get:
-1 DVD containing EVERY factory service manual for EVERY GM car from 98-05, as well as factory recall bulletins dating back to the 80's.
-Instructions for installation
-A few scraps of stiff cardboard.
There are a total of 7 FSM's for each model year if you buy them printed. They usually go for $20-30 a piece, $120-ish for the full set. This is the EXACT program GM dealers use to repair cars and charge you for it!
Minimum System Requirements:
Windows 2000 Professional or XP
Pentium III 600 MHz
4 GB Available Hard Drive Space
128 MB Memory
DVD drive
Internet Explorer 6.0
$8 shipped US
$11 shipped Canada
Here's a sample image of part of the transmission removal process.

All images enlarge when clicked on. All torque specs are available as well.
Oh, and if you only want one or two sections (Example: 2002 SL2 Front cover removal) I can print it to a PDF and host it for you.
Installation instructions I typed up 3 years ago and lost (Thanks, ExHempKnight)
