  • Feeler big bore throttle body

Hey guys I am working on a big bore throttle body for myself, it is looking like it will be 58mm all the way through, I am trying to see who would be interested in something like this, if we have 20 people interested, I will do 5 at first and 15 after, I will be doing most the work by hand and can do them polished it you guys would like, I will have a few pics up soon of how its coming along I am just waiting for the plate to come back from the machine shop.
Also an iac or an iac block off and a tps will be already on so all you have to do is bolt on and go!

As far as price, its looking like about 125-150 to make it worth it, if you would like it polished it may be slightly more but not much, I will have a set price once I get some prices on things.

VMS makes them cheaper bored. Just FYI. Also is there any point to having a TPS come with it? It takes literally 30 seconds to swap them to another throttle body. Also, where are you going to get IAC block-offs for all of them? You gonna make something from scratch? Copy ProDarwin's? what?

This guy is talking about boring the entire length of the TB, including making the throttle plate larger. VMS only bores his up to the plate, so your not really gaining anything.

Best option is still a Geo GSi.

he is going to making new plate sort like the old sps tb the only way i can see this being a good thing if A. its larger than a geo tb B. if its cheaper than a geo tb

It's not physically possible to be larger then the geo.

Honestly the price is probably going to be drastically lower, I just don't know how much yet. As for the tps you're correct. The blockoff it will be something completely from scratch, I am not here to take an idea from someone else, just give another option to this that will make people happier if they decide they want it.

which would then most likely break your point B. Being cheaper than a geo TB

Well, seeing how the saturn tb fits inside of the gsi all the way down to the plate. I don't think there's enough material there to go larger. That's my logic anyway hahah. The Gsi was almost 70mm if I remember.

Just a little update, the price is looking like it should be about 75-90 for non polished, polished it will be about 10 more. As for an aic block off it definitely will not be as great as the one in the other buy in, but I will be seeing what my guy can do for this
