    What would cause a headlamp bulb to blow consistently? Replace the PS low beam last month-blown again. If the voltage regulator was bad, wouldn't they all blow?

    Too much current through the circuit will cause that. I would suspect the ground side is short to ground somewhere in the harness letting the circuit draw too much current. Another possibility is that the bulbs are not the right one but close enough to work. Or, it may just be coincidence.
