There are a few problems with the SATURN sunroof...
One, it's mostly plastic. You can get a better one from http://www.sunroofdoctor.com
Two, the drain plus are retarded. Fix those fast. It's a pain, but worth it. The plugs at the end only have 3 tiny slits in them to let water out. Either someone was high on crack when they designed that, or wanted it to eventually fail so you would come in and get all new shit.
Third, the drive motor was designed by a 3 year old. The gear that drives the arm cables does not sit in well, and will eventually wear down, causing the gear to really not make adaquate contact with the gear to move the cables. This is what causes the constant clicking (unless you broke an arm or cable, in which that will be the problem). I am currently trying to find a cheap fix for this. I need a broken motor though to work with, cause I don't feel like taking mine out again. I managed to fiddle with it before and get it so it didn't click, but eventually that didn't last long. The gear on the motor needs to be about 1/8 of an inch larger or something like that.STC New England FOUNDER
