    HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    my cooling fan died yesterday

    went to discount for a replacement.. they give me a 10 inch fan

    that flows 500 cfm

    is that close to the original one or will i have to install a second one

    PLEASE FEEDBACK IS NEEDED... FAST

          i dont know the specs on the stock fan but if the one u have on there leaves enoth room for a second one and its only 10 bucks and u have to drive it alot id be on the safe side and put a second one on there, its not gonna hurt anything, it can only help

                        OK, look, if you've already unpacked the part, chances are, they won't take it back... why.... because they're asses.

                        So, go to the boneyard, or hookup with a buddy on here for a stock fan, and wire that second one in with it. Also, get a Chilton's manual..... it will make the job SO much easier. Use the table of contents first, and the index, don't just scan through it like I used to, you'll be looking forever.

                        The wiring is simple. The wiring harness for the fan, is running through the same path as your A/C Harness. Follow that back.

                        BEFORE YOU BUY A NEW REPLACEMENT FAN..... TAKE THE OLD FAN OUT, AND HOP IT ON THE BATTERY TO CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS SERVICEABLE...(IN WORKING ORDER...) A lotta times, it's the CTS, (coolant temp sensor) or the ECU that went out of whack, and this is not just on Saturns either.

                            The stock unit moves a but load....something close to 2500cfm.
