• Sonic's New Shoes

Well, after driving to tacoma and back (~120 miles) with an undiscovered flat tire, I decided it was time to get some new rubbers anyway. Went to the shop where my friend kyle works, so i could take advantage of the employee discount!
Here's what the redline will be wearing starting next wednesday!

no, he drives an Impreza or WRX with a CFT sticker on it, lol

I was looking at the NT's but I liked the KDW2's better. Track Slut just got them so I'm waiting to see how they work out. Either way they're great improvements over stock though, you're going to like them a lot.

Let me know what you think of them because I'm going to need new tires by summer time for my RL also. Not sure if I should get the KDW 2's or the NT's. If anyone has any experience or opinions of the two feel free to speek up, because I am torn between the two.

whats the difference between the 2? i got the kdw2's... very big upgrade id have to say. alot more bite on the street so you know what that means for the strip.... havent really done any cornering to make a decision yet but a definate improvement over stock.

I'd strongly consider a set of these....the hottest street class autocross tires right now. Too bad they don't come small enough for my S-series but would be a great tire on your RL Ion.

the BFG's are on, and they are AWESOME
the cloverleaf off-ramp that goes to base, i usually take at 50-60, 75 is really close to breaking free and hitting the wall. well, after the new tires and I had driven around town all day, i went back home, and came out of the cloverleaf at 85 with no hint of sliding!!!
