    bump!

I have a creaking coming from the rear of my car. I believe its at least in part due to my sta bar bushings being in very poor condition.

    1) Do you think the bushing is all that needs replaced?
    2) How difficult is it?

if its a poly bushing it prolly just needs to be lubed, and changing it should be pretty easy

Its the original bushing. Is that poly?

Also like I said, its pretty poor looking. How much do they cost and should i get them from the dealership?

Will it cause any problems driving it until saturday? Just 10 minutes to-from work. It started Tuesday i believe.

well originally according to monroe or meinke or whatever it was just bushings, then i went to pick up my car (from the free inspection) and they said it was sta bar links too. how do you know if your sta bar links need replaced? plus all of the above questions. thank you for your help

upon research there is no bushing for the rear, i think that they were just lying to me. i bought the links from saturn, will be replaced saturday

Exactly what he said. They are very simple to change out.
