    any uni-suspensions gurus out there....wondering if these would work for the ions....they are made for the cobalt....but i figure same body....same parts interior?? i know some guy on here has a cobalt,and if it's two door,would u measure the interior?

      ok....well i got measurements myself.....sooo the floor brace will work...i didnt even need to measure the roll cage/seat back brace....because it would bolt in where are QC doors are.....and i dont want to loose that yet....although i dont have backseats....

          not the cage man....the floor brace....i knew the cage wouldnt work...i had a brain fart and forgot i have 4 doors....wouldnt be the first time(hey aaron move the front seat up so i can get in....DOH its a quad coupe)...but the floor brace will work....

            Hahaha. Funniest thing is you did that all the time getting into the back of my IRL, when it has the exact same friggin doors yours has! [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif[/img] Oh well, at least now when you get in back seat, it's pretty obvious you have to open up the back doors.

            That looks like a neat mod there. There was somebody on the RL forums a little while back selling some form of frame stifferners that basically welded onto the bottom of the car, running down along the sides. Not sure exactly what they were called though. This definitely looks like it would do something similar, possibly not quite as effective, but much simpler to install too. Looks cool, keep up posted.

              IMO, you don't need that floor brace at all. that's more of a "oh look what I put in just for the sake of doing it" type modification. I'm sure I can handle as well as you would if not better without that thing in there.
