you can get an upperstyle mounted strut tower brace from streetrix(or ebay) and the bar is the same size as the front, now a sway bar you can pick up at any saturn store(via intraweb)

sc1 doesn't have a sway bar stock, nor does an sl1 or sw1, only twin cam cars had a rear sway bar.

if you're speaking of a rear STRUT bar, then it still should fit because dimensions in that aspect are the same.

either one should fit. you asked about fitting on an sc1 or sc2, my answer was to imply that yes it would fit since it's the same car just without the bar on the single cam model

                        not a problem

as said, the shitty part is that SPS stopped making rear sway bars, which were awesome. I think you can find some progress ones floating around for s-series but not sure how many are actually stocked.

is you have a sohc, the rear sway bar won't work. You'll need to either a. weld on tabs to the subframe, or pull a subframe from any dohc at a junkyard or something.

conflict325's 98 sl1 had the tabs already on it I believe, jazzyjeff put the bar in for him as a matter of fact and ther was no welding involved. there might have been some things that he bolted off and then installed on it through from the sl2 to the sl1.

Thats a big 10-4 there pumpkin nuts. NO welding involved. Just took the brackets off a twin cam for the rear swaybar. They kinda look like an "A". And they bolt onto the rear struts/knuckle. The only think I needed to fab up on Omar's was drilling holes for the swaybar bushing holders. It is a bitch to get the damn bar in there! I still don't know how I managed it. I had the car jacked up high enough to where Omar was sittting indian-style underneath it...lol. And after some creative thinking and banging with a mallet, it kinda just fell into place. Good luck! If you have any questions about the install, just ask!

BTW, if you have a Single Cam, the rear bar makes a huge difference!!! Omar has tested out that thing a million times! That little guy takes turns at 60mph and only went in the ditch at Vin's old apartment once...lol
