coilovers yes or no

who knows what brands if any work i was on a honda forum [may god have mercy on my soul] and i read some horror stories about dropzone and some others
wonderin if anyone has them on an scar here and how the ride is

Short and simple... there aren't any true full coilovers available for our cars on the market. AMR Engineering (there is a thread on TSN, and a post about it two posts donw) is working with a group of us to put together some sets. Otherwise you are left with sleeve coilovers, I think ground-control makes some... otherwise everything else has fallen off the radar.

if you hang in there you will probably be able to pick some used springs and struts, after this AMR this is done. Or you could jump in on the buy-in

coilovers are a good decision if you want to be able to adjust your ride. I have carrera coilovers on my wagon and i love them but of course they are a bit more rough than just a lowering spring. if it were my decision i would go coilover but if you are not wanting to spend that much moner go with the lowering spring. do your homework before jumping to your decision.
