  • Got worn shoes? DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

So yeah I couldnt explain it but the day I took those crappy lit pictures of my car, it felt like the car was engaging brakes whenever I was in drive and rolling...

Ok, sounds weird right? Well apparently this wasnt just in my head, and last night I heard metal grinding metal coming from the back brakes....shiiiiiit....

So to conlude this heart"braking" story, I had a bad wheel cylinder that locked the shoes against the drum ALL THE TIME!

Check this out. The shiny part of the shoe is the BARE METAL. TALK ABOUT METALLIC SHOES!?

So yeah, the shoe's metal actually wore the drum in and made a crease, so I had to replace the whole driverside drum brake assembly....

STork, I really wish I had that rear disc conversion right about now lol

                        the rotorsare fine matt (?)

The drums had like a 3mm canyon worn into them from the metal.

iv never had a problem with them at all. infact i find them just slightly harder to do than disc.

what kinda tool you using? the proper tool for the proper job makes a world of difference.

not saying you wernt using the proper tool either just curious

Pressures and stresses of all kinds thermal and mechanical loading across the board escalate to extreme levels. A Chevrolet 5.7-liter LS1 V8 with this much specific power (horsepower per cubic inch) would be making 2,137 hp

could do what vinny suggested, or we can work out shipping asap, or again rely on nopi....but that shit is heavy, so I don't know how much shipping would be
