  • is there any lowering spring that just do 1inch?

i dont really want to drop 2 inches cuz im afraid i will be too low, there alot of gated comunites where im at (got to keep all the "bad" peoples out, and when i say bad i mean poor) with speed bumps, no prob for a h2 or escalde but not too good for a lowered car

just 1" I don't know, but you can go with 1.3 or 1.5 with a few companies, that shoudln't be too bad

how low are your cars? are you not used to driving a lowered vehicle yet?

I very rarely scrape anywhere now and do not work in a low car friendly environment.

for redlines there is a few companies "working on it" but none yet unless we adapt a set, which is an option.

i dunno 1.3 or 1.5 would be ok i guess but i might not even do it cuz im not sure i want to spend that much on this car lol, how much would it help the handling? im going to put front a rear strut bars, i only care about the handling if i do anything to the engine it would just be ram air. and im not gonna swap the trans like i was saying before cuz i dont want to put that money into the car lol. im either gonna save up for a 240 or if i find a sc2 for under 500 that runs i will turn it into a scca car, dont know what class

it'll help handling but for the money you would spend and with your concerns, you may just want the front and rear strut bar setup since it'll be cheaper and still help in the turns.

I can see your dilemma since this seems to be your daily and you're considering a project car anyway, so why spend money where you don't really want to.

Eibachs don't go too low (1.3"-1.8" I think) for around $200. Mine are finally here with the KYB's for compensation, lol.

I think Eibachs are about the minimum drop you can get. It's just over an inch, at least with new springs. I've got 'em, and here's how it looks:

Takes away some of the wheel/fender gap, but I don't scrape going in and out of my driveway like my MR2 used to.

You also don't want more than 2" drop for the sake of your CV joints.
