I mean, would it work for someone who isn't looking to make a ton of boost, but just wants to go a little faster?

yea sure but u still need to buy an turbo manifold, fuel management, some gauges, injectors, cut to fit all the universal piping and get the roll beaded and a downpipe.

              thats it? lol

              about 75% of a kit.

by the way, you don't need to roll beads on your pipes. just make them correctly (so they don't hit anything) and use hump hoses on engine connections and you should be able to hold all the boost you want.

roll beading is just an extra precaution so the piping dont come flying off of a coupler. i know i would not want to get under the car in the rain if it happened when it was raining, better safe than sorry

i know what a bead is. the problem is trying to get somone to roll beads on your pipes. unless its thin wall aluminum pipe, your going to be hard pressed to find anyone with a bead roller that will actually do it. not to mention, if you want to purchase a bead roller to do even the lightest stailess or mild steel pipes, get ready to shell out about $1k. your average harbor freight bead roller can work with a lot of time and practice, but its hard to keep the pipe straight while your rolling it.

i've never rolled beads on any setup i've ever built. about the only thing i'll do is weld a bead on the pipe and thats only for setups that have problems or are planning to run high boost. only reason they will blow off is if the piping is not designed correctly or you using crappy couplers and clamps.

only reason i'm saying this is to save you some time. if not you, maybe somone else.

Not to mention a fuel pump, dump tube for the w/g, port tapped for the bov, wideband, and the flux capacitor for time travel.
