ok, either i'm a complete dumbass, or i didn't have the right pulley tool, cause it took me about 4 hours to put the new s/c pulley on yesterday. had to completely remove the tensioner pulley, the bracket for lifting the engine, and the alternator. that's all just to fit the pulley puller onto the supercharger! grr!
long story short, got it all put back together, but i still feel like it's not lined up quite right. everythign runs fine, and the boost gauge hits 15 easily, and peaks at about 17psi [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/biggrin.gif[/img] . i'm gonna keep an eye on the belt though, because it'll wear pretty bad if it's not lined up.
