New Pulley

ok, either i'm a complete dumbass, or i didn't have the right pulley tool, cause it took me about 4 hours to put the new s/c pulley on yesterday. had to completely remove the tensioner pulley, the bracket for lifting the engine, and the alternator. that's all just to fit the pulley puller onto the supercharger! grr!

long story short, got it all put back together, but i still feel like it's not lined up quite right. everythign runs fine, and the boost gauge hits 15 easily, and peaks at about 17psi [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/biggrin.gif[/img] . i'm gonna keep an eye on the belt though, because it'll wear pretty bad if it's not lined up.

Why not just pull the blower off? It take like 20 minutes, then you have all the room you will ever need.

guess i could have done that. i've never done that before, and i'm still kinda new at all this, and get kinda nervous when i have to start ripping things apart

Kinda hard to be skard when your car isn't running [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/surprised.gif[/img] . JW and Chris need to go wrench on there cars since there both down.
