After getting back from deployment, i've been driving my car gnetly since it hasn't moved in 2 months, but i had to floor it this afternoon to avoid getting rear-ended (f*king SUV's!!) and that oh-so-wonderful whine of the supercharger wasn't there. now maybe i wasn't in as high an RPM band as i thought, but i fooled around abit on the on-ramp, and it definately seems that my supercharger no longer makes it's cry. any ideas? i'm hoping it just needs to get broken in again, but if you guys have any ideas, i'd appreciate it. (haven't looked under the hood yet, but i will get a chance to do that tomorrow afternoon.)

yeah, i thought of that too. but i know it WAS louder because the S/C used to drown out the exhaust when i went full throttle. but again, i haven't messed with the low-gear/high-rpm range that really makes it scream. i'll take out the filter this weekend, maybe it got gunked up after 8 weeks parked in a dirt lot? it runs fine though right now, so i'm not too worried-Kevin<br /><br />"Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh...now die!"<br /><br />
