Ok..here are some pic of my 3 inch exhaust. I thought I would put these up to give you guys an idea of how it fits while still having A/C.

    Pics out of the car

Here is a pick of the burried wastegate and the dump tube(Pics from under)

Here is a few pics of the exhaust installed and 1 pic of how I got 3 inche threw the frame and over the sway bar

Its still a little loader then what I want...but its alot quiter then what it was...so I will be buying another spiral flow muffler and intall it in a few weeks.

lol thanks sam, that makes more sense to me now. I didnt know that you didnt need a flanged turbine housing to put an exhaust on a turbo.

          Sam..

Isn't it easier to just go in front of the crossmember and swaybar, then underneath it all, then bend back up slightly closer to the underside of the block?

That kinda stuff is really hard on the manifold, turbo, and manifold studs...I'd rather not have to worry about it. The way it is now its pretty easy to take off(v-band clamps for the wyn) once the exhuast has cooled down, and it doesn't rattle on anything.

I took me about 3 sundays with 5 hours each. I had to cut out some of the cradle to let the pipe fit, plus make new cradle. Modded the cradle when I install the PT61, and with the v-band, I coud some what easily remove the down pipe.

I did the first 3 90's in one day (includig the turbo install and the cradle)...then did the pita part going under the trans, then did the long setion with the flex joint and the muffler, then cut the pipe the next day and install the second v-band clamp (ran outof time so I had to do it later)....to day I installed another muffler. Parts alone, I spent about 300. When you go up to 3 inche shit....everthing starts to go up in price. What hurt the most where the 3 90's with a 3 inch radius at $27 each... I needed the tight bends and only one place I konw of carries them, so can't barter too much there.
