    Here are some shots of the new manifold before clean it up and send it out to get black theram coated next week.

      those welds look a little on the high side, did they penetrait?

        They don't penetrate the schedule40 100%, that is why i weld on the inside and outside....and that's on the hottest setting (135amp)

        The ony welds the I got 100%pent on are the joint between the stock and the schedule40.

            how come it looks like the turbo was grinded or something on the turbine side? Clearance issues or something?

            That thing is gigantic.

              They do that to grind off the casting slag from production.
