Someone please let me know how to set up a water-cooled t3/t4 hybrid before I do something completely Flint, MI.

I wouldn't waste the time on it, just oil cool it and maybe run some sort of oil cooler

if you notice, none of the "big boys" run water cooling on theirs

True, but I don't want any HEAT-SOAK hazzard on my car on my new setup. I'm starting small. I'll eventually remove the water-cool as I move up the power range. I'm doing the oil cooler thing for damn sure, so that's no problem. I'm cheap, I'll just go to my old place of work at the parts store, and buy a trans-cooler, and rig it..... hehe........ It works though, I've seen several guys do it without a problem.

im going with vinny on this. if you plan on running an oil cooled one anyways, go ahead and do it now. i believe its much easier then trying to set up a water cooled one. save yourself the time. but yeah going with the oil cooler would help.

K, thanks guys...... That'll work for me. If you guys are ALL telling me don't use water-cooled, I'll just run oil...

Just for Shitz'n'Gigglez, is it worth it to wire-up a turbo-timer?

but it is not needed, unless you like to turn it off and get out of the car right away. the cool down is needed though, for the sake of the oil, turbo, and engine.

Is there really a down side to running oil and water cooled? Because I have a oil/water cooled turbo. I dont see the big deal in doing a little extra work.

your car will constantly be hot.

just plug off the water part.

Is it safe to just plug the holes?

                          sure is

all you would be doing is heating up your coolant if you ran it on this car anyway

ANd the extra heat form the radiator will just blow back into the engine bay and be consumed by your filter and the other engine parts that normally don't get as hot.
