i am maybe thinkin of going turbo instead of a motor type build, but ive read on turbosaturns about returnless fuel problems on the 3rd gen (2001). has anyone else had to change this or is it ok to turbo just how it is?

With 750hp, three-quarters of a thousand you're basically dealing with 6.14 hp per cubic inch. Pressures and stresses of all kinds thermal and mechanical loading across the board escalate to extreme levels. A Chevrolet 5.7-liter LS1 V8 with this much specific power (horsepower per cubic inch) would be making 2,137 hp

YOu will need the fuel lines to...and a way to make them work. The fuel system up to 97 had a return line.
IN all honesty, the smaller ports and a small tube manfold will help a turbo spool up a bit faster. The velocity of the exhaust gases is faster threw the smaller piping. Just turbo you current setup and find a solution for adding more fuel.-6S Resident Mechanical Forensics member #001.

ok so please clarify DO I have to chang to a return fuel system or can i just add more fuel to my 2001 heads, bc i would much rather not change anything if i dont have to, and im planning on running the megasquirt and extra injectors if i need to.Be different own a Saturn.

If I where you, I would look into and extra injector setup if you plan on using lower boost levels...like nothign ober 9PSI. Over that, I recommend lrger injectors and something like a MS or a standalone.
The 034 EIC (extra injector controller)is suppose to be really good and reliable. If you use one of those, I think you can run 4 extra injectors. ..if it runs 4, then I would try to find some way to safly mount the inectors to the plastic intake manny and call it a day. With 1 extra injector on each port, you can run up to like 20ish psi it tuned right.-6S Resident Mechanical Forensics member #001.
