Here are a few pics from my nitrous install. The first switch is temporary until I can get another round one. Every damn parts store in town doesn't have the damn plugs I need .

There is a gauge on the bottle. The bottle heater has a thermostat that keeps it at the right temp if I can get the bitch to work.

just a spinoff of your question, is it even possible to monitor from the driver seat?

lookin great dan. You going with a self arming WOT set up or just manual push button type? Have you thought about where you are going to mount the purge?

that's right, you have the same heater as me.

here's my only issue with the thermo unit though. it's set to stay at a certain temperature which ends up around 900psi, give or take 50psi or so. that's a safe pressure range, but I've found 1000-1050psi is about perfect. you're going to see over time how largely bottle pressure impacts the peformance of the shot you run.

you may want to get one of those units that goes based off actual bottle pressure and wire that in the same way. the other option is to bypass the thermostat gimmicks (which is what I have done) and just keep and eye on your bottle guage, but I don't think you can with your setup.

I like the install though, very clean and subtle, and I know what you mean about the switches, it's like they're super popular lately everywhere.

we'll figure out what's up with your bottle heater this week, no sweat.

what plugs are you looking for?

It's self arming. I've got the MSD digital window switch. The purge is coming out near the driver side head light for now.

Hey vinny do you have a gauge up fron to monitor your pressure? If so where did you mount it?

nope, mine is on the bottle, and I can see it fine from the driver's seat. I looked into a remote gauge but the mechanical ones would waste a bunch of nitrous in the line, and the electronic ones are very expensive (though I'm leaning toward one of them eventually)
