Im looking at the zex wet kit but I have one question about the throttle position switch. It says it will work off of my throttle position sensor. I have an 03 ion and I know 03 and 04's used the cable and after that they went to the sensor thing I think. So if this would work could someone explain how???

you're thinking of throttle by wire systems, which is different from your TPS. TPS (throttle position sensor) tells the ECU your throttle position based on a signal that varies as the butterfly valve turns. the ZEX kit uses this signal (after you calibrate it for closed and Wide-Open Throttle) to determine when you are at full throttle as opposed to the WOT MicroSwitch that some people run (including myself).

so to answer you qustion yes, it will work for you.

hey whats up all just got the windows tinted, pics soon i figured i'd post in here instead of replying to a year old thread. i have a 04 ION sedan automatic i was on im planning to get a nitrous kit (looking for something with all or at least most of what i need in it), aside from window switch and such, if anyone could help i'm looking to get it from summitracing.com maybe shoot me a few part numbers from there of systems i can use (keep in mind i'm new to nitrous and prolly won't be doing more than a 50 shot if that thx ahead of time
(p.s im looking for the safestmore reliable systems, not the most powerful)
