I had a customer who ran a 50 shot on his '05 Redline and he had a blast with it. He owned a Focus prior to that with major engine work and nitrous and said he swore he would leave the Ion alone lol, that lasted about a month.

He said it was fun in the Redline with the spray but recently removed the system due to warranty concerns. Said he will probably do it again down the road.

I was thinking about running nitrous or Co2 after installing a pulley. It would bring the temps down and add a little power to boot. Ive been contimplating but this is my daily driver and i dont want to blow her up!

So wich one DO you want???

Cuz nitrous goes inside the engine

and the CO2 goes where you're heat exhange rad goes, and it wouldn't blow u up

THere was a lil while ago a SRT-4 on the forum that had it on his car, gave him I BELEIVE at least 35 HP to the wheels.

and it's preatty safe, havn't heard of anything bad about it yet.

lol everyone is always under the misconception "omg nitrous is gonna blow up my engine!" I think they are also worried about their floor pans blowing out

Like anything there is a way to do it right and a way to ghetto rig it. If you have all the accessories (window switch, WOT switch, etc) and have a quality kit, run a modest shot, there is little chance you will break things.
