forthe ones that cant see it

                Hello, students

My name is Micheal Kurchak, your proffessor, an afro engineer, my assitant adam will demonstate and show pictarz on how to constuct a intake for a 2005 ion2 sedan manual. and all with a couple handy tools.

first. off all you need the proper equipment, and no i dont mean fancy madrel benders, cnc machine, tap and die machines, people with real engineering degrees, and fancy heated rooms. Nope we were outside in -14 weather snowing and blowing wind at 730pm

now the tools we need are:

government parking garage with power plug ins (free fuckers)
jumper cables (for when you run your batt dead from having your lights on to see wtf your doing) (adam got it as a gift)
                3/4th sabersaw (christmas present)
drill with misc stolen drill bites ( dads old set)
screw you screw driver (adams )
                (1) canadian tire special order J mandrel bent pipe (60 bux)
                (1) compression ring from canadian tires plumping section (6 bux)
                (4) ring claps (5 bux)
                (1) rubber tb thing (no clue adam had it)
                (1) air intake from adams old setup (free with purchase)
                (2) idiots that had no real clue wtf they were doing (free obviously who'd pay for us)
                (2) saturns incase 1 broke and had to go somewhere to buy parts

so first we brought it all to the garage

then we found our plug area

plug in said power tools make a neat little area with tools and saturns parts everywhere and place all useless plastic piece in ion trunk

so then make sure the you calm the ion down and please it so it wont fuck up on ya, i found that stroking the stubby aftermarket radio antenna seem to do the trick

so once the ion is all calm and finished, you crack her open take out the plastic crap, measure a couple times cut the J bend in half measure and adjust to what you need, use heavy grit sand paper or metal shaving bar thing (no clue wtf its called its just a sandpaper metal stick thing lol) clean all the areas around it so you dont cut yourself and such. measure and fit the area and even cut the proper spot for the stupid as fuck MAF sensor, but long story short

                from this

to that in less then 3hrs

we even had enough time to show adams afro'd exhaust, stock pipe no muffler but a purdy tip.. hah

see where that hanger is.. tahts sappost to be a muffler.. the moron welder muffler guy though it sounded cooler without it.. morons been sniffing 2 much welding rod...

so in conclusion today class will little or no tools, and common sense and safety you can cut exhaust pipe (with safety glasses obviously) with no clamps or anything just good old fashion foot on 1 side and hand on the other side cutting on a concrete floor lol, you can make yourself one of those fancy 300-500 dollar intakes from crap you find at canadian tire for under 120 bux.

so from your professors have a good day and dont give me a stupid apple.
