Not for SOHCs. Or even DOHCs for that matter. Nitrous isnt too expensive.

Well there are the basic bolt ons, but you have a SOHC so I'd prolly just wait and do a DOHC swap first before anything ( no point in wasting money on mods u cant use). Hopefully you have a MT in there.. If not I'd almost say trade her in and get a DOHC MT, it would just be easier. Thats just my .02 though.

All you need to do is jump two wires and you get 25hp.

switch th ewires for the pattery terminal. put the red where the black goes and the black where the red goes.

then fix everything you just fucked up. that'll keep you busy atleast.

Start with one of theos performance enhancing modules on eBay, that'll have you smoking SRT-4's in no time.....

Actually there really is no "cheap" mods that will net you anything noticable. The DOHC swap is probably your best bet, it'll net the most HP increase compared with anything else. You could buy all the bolt ons in the world and you still won't be pushing the same HP as a stock DOHC.

I gave up on "trying" to make a Saturn "fast" a long time ago....no point

But if you insist you can take a dremel to your Throttlebody. Take your airbox out and either spend a couple of bucks on a filter or get some pantyhose.Even better you can CAI on ebay for real cheap, get some dogbone inserts, Header and full exhaust.

Cheap and easy??? You've got to be kidding. For what its worth (IMHO)mods in this order to produce the most bang for the buck
                    DOHC
                    Manuel trans
Aluminum flywheel w/ a good clutch (not some cheap ebay crap)
                    Fuel/timeing tuneing (like SAFC,MSD, Haltec,MS etc. etc.)
                    Quaife LSD
                    sticky tires
bolt ons (this includes CAI, exhaust, bigger TB etc. etc.)

No thats the stuff you can get away with with mostly stock internals.
