Subject: Phantom Grip Applications

Curious if there are any plans to put out a setup that will work on the Saturn Ion Red Lines/Cobalt SS platforms?

Thanks in advance,

I highly doubt that, it's typically 300-500, if it was 1200 that would be a huge waste of money

[PG] is a joke all it does is put stress on stock spider gears to lock it in place when it was not ment for that. If your going to get it I say save some money go out and buy some super glue and glue you diff together

thats funny because we've been using them for years with much success on numerous turbo and nitrous cars. it's a simple design that works pretty well for how little money you pay for it.

I have only seen 2 failures, one looked like a fluke and the other was just from the driver continuously abusing the car at the track.

I guess the saturn trannys are stonger the the MTX-75 tranny that was in my old car then. I'll go stand in the conor and cry now because I look like an ass

lol

well it all comes down to how strong the spider gears are since they're taking the brunt of it. I really don't know much about the foci transmissions or differential design, but the LL0 were "alright" when it came to this. I do know on the F23 that we both run they are considered a weak point, and are suggested to be replaced with the steel ones of the same gear cut....from a geo lsi....yeah....lol

LSD trans and open diffetrans are pretty close to the same...LSDjust has a spring thingy that puts pressure on the spider gears.

Yes the saturn spider gears are alot stronger than the crap that comes in what ever cdw-27 platform vehicle you own'd.
In our trans the diff pin launches.

In the mtx-75 the teeth wear off the spider gears.
But on a plus note, the mtx-75 quaife is about $600

The mp3 quaife it about $1200!!!
