Use the 91-98 crank, its lighter. If you use 99+ rods you HAVE to use 99+ pistons or your c/r will be like 19:1 and probably hit the head with the lower wrist pin of the 91-98 style.

Any year head will work from 92-98. Try the two intake cam thing if you aren't going with some more agressive cams.

1G fuel lines wont work with a 2G rail. A 1G rail wont bolt to a 2G manifold, the mounts are different. Us a 91-94 rail, injectors and manifold.

91-94 axles have a smaller spline diameter and can only be used in 91-94 hubs.

          Yay indeed.

2000+block and girdle, easier to buy in package at boneyard, want a stronger bottom end. (prolonged high rpms.)

99-02 Rods and 91-94 pistons..... what..... no fit? it's like .2-.3 of an inch longer...... plus, I'm going HIGH COMP....... I'll get both sets from boneyard to check for fitment before I buy new.

Fuel..... with the adjustable regulator from a 95+ 2G system fit the 91-94 fuel system? If so, then I'm good.

Never heard of the 2 intake Cam trick.... I'll look into it. Was going to get custom cam job at local tuning shop, but if this will do the trick, and what timing should I set with the 2 intake cam trick?

98+ ABS axles will fit older transmissions? I see no problem with putting 98+ hubs on my car.

As far as the LSD goes, Phantom Grip is what I'm looking at, unless I can make something custom using valve springs and custom made blocks. (sounds more cost-efficient.)

Spark and ignition stand alone........ what do you recommend?
Fuel Stand Alone....... still rockin. The better fuel control I have, the more power I can move.

You want to see someone possibly make the most hp out of an N/A LLO?
Keep tossing some advice this way. I'm pushing for it. I will have the funds in like 6 weeks, and I have ALL winter to work on it.... hehehe.

It wont fit. The only way you can use 99+ rods and 91-98 pistons is to shave the tops of the pistons. Even then you only want to use a dished sohc piston to shave..

No. You dont need an adjustable regulator if you use an afc/standalone.

Go to TSN, there is a writeup.

AFAIK, all axles will fit in any transmission/halfshaft. Just use a 91-94 axle, its easier for you.

You wont make much power. Dont think you are the first person to try it. Ask sprint, lol... You can get about 150whp out of an LL0 while keeping it semi streetable.

IMO, power is in these things with the LL0:

REV REV REV HIGH, forged rods and pistons to accomodate this.
            CAMS, crazy cams.
Intake manifold, stock one isnt so hot for high rpm..
            Headwork and compression.

Jay can answer you better than I.

Dont think you will make a lot of HP though, you wont, I gaurantee it.

I am going to work on it. I'm trying to keep the computer on a STOCK ECU, but how hard is the tec 2 to program? I can't afford the tec3, otherwise I would buy it. I need to find a tec2 for a good price.... most of this stuff that I am using, is because I plan on going F/I later on, so the strong stock stuff, will help.

You make absolutely NO sense whatsoever my friend.

A Tec system is a full standalone. It takes over running the engine, the PCM no longer can control it. If you want the most power, thats how you do it.

I know, I was getting tired at 2am, I knew what you were talking about. I've researched it before, if I can find a tec2 system for an affordable price, I will get it and trash the stock ECU. The tec3 takes up almost half of my proposed BUDGET.

If I can find it for a good price I will get it, if you can find it for a good price..... LET ME KNOW.

See, all of this is a test from bonyard parts, when I find what works, then I go up to the new parts.

The only new parts that are going on here, are parts from the rotating assembly (I.E. rods, pistons), vavles, and all seals, bearings, gaskets.

Don't use the 99+ rods with 91-98 rods...the piston will stick out of the bloack about a 1/4 in. Trust me. I think I was one of the first to make that mistake/experiment.
