  • finally gettin around to fixin me exhaust

well, some of ya'll remember that rattle in my glasspacks that i think was caused by a girl squirting a garden hose up my car's tailpipe...

well, that rattle finally annoyed me enough that i'm gettin it fixed tomorrow. instead of 2 small glasspacks i'm goin with one 30" glasspack. 2 1/4" pipe diameter. depending on if there is enough room on the straight pipe down the center of the car, i might order another small glasspack to put on to try to cut down on droning at high speeds.

    good call

I'd have him maybe cut the exits shorter and put two turndowns on them too so that you don't see any piping at the rear bumper, will look a ton cleaner that way

                    LOL

                    ok ok seriously though

                    put turndowns on it

the sound isn't bad, but the look is, hence "trailer park mustang look"

i never said i was gonna leave it looking the way it is now. i said i might not be able to do it today cause of money... cause not only do i have to get this work done, i need to have enough money left over to buy school books for the 2nd summer semester and have enough money for gas.

and secondly, i know some of ya'll don't like the way my car looks. that's fine, everyone is entitled to an opinion...that being said this topic was to inform ya'll of a performance related change i was making to my car, i never mentioned anything about my car's paint or vinyls, so please don't shit in my thread.

I'm not speaking of the rattling, I'm speaking of prior to that

I'm sure the glasspacks are blown out hence the rattling, that's pretty typical for what you described
