Ok so I building my eninge. how do a set the timing on my cams when everything is done. Should I drop it off and the saturn dealer and have them do it or is it easy?

Easy as pie.
Set the crank sprocket timing mark to straight up, should be on the compression stroke for #1.
Set the cam sprockets' timing mark at straight up, vertical.. and put a drill bit in each of the guide holes to hold them in place, you will see where to put the bits into on the head/sprockets.
Put your chain, guides and tensioner on. Make sure the tensioner is retracted.
Extend the tensioner.
Pull the bits out of the cam sprockets.
