Oh man, just saw this and tried to hit the site and it is indeed now a placeholder. I did grab some pages and exported then as .pdfs in 2013. I think even then I was getting them through google's cache as the site was often hard to reach. Looks like I have the following file names here on my machine -- looked at a couple and they seem fairly complete. Might have more stashed elsewhere:
