  • $2500 is left until the end of April; what should I do next?

    Ok,

After my paint and rims, I'm left with about $2500...I'll have more later, but this is to meet a deadline by the end of April.

This is the list of stuff that's left to do with the car (cosmetic-wise). What order should I go in? What's the most important for now, and what can I postpone until later? Right now, i'm debating if I should sacrifice the rims and finish up everything...just an idea i'm tossing around.

    (4) Fiberglassed door panels---$800
    Fiberglassed dash--$1200
    (3) Alpine subs and amps--$1200
    Reupholstered seats/headliner--$600
    (4) 5.8" TV's--$800
    Air-Ride--$2000
I'm on 20's, shaved, bagged, kitted w/Lambo doors and soon to be boosted...what more could you ask for?

              What the hell...?! For what?!

find another fiberglass guy....damn, that's expensive.
Actually, its pretty cheap compared to most shops..the normal rate for door panels is 500 and dashboards are 1600

Definitely, but not now...need to finish a majority of the other stuff before I jump into that; don't want to 1/2 ass both areas

Nah, rims will tuck fine. I have 9" wide wheels and they tuck fine.

Your rims are really 9" wide?! Do you have turning issues? People said the widest you can go is a 7.5 or 8!

At full crank they rub the wheel well lining, but not terribly. Only problem is because of the width, my front isn't as low as it could be (with my air ride). The wheel is so wide that I can't lower the bag anymore. If I had 7.5" wide wheels, I could get the front touching ground.
