    Well i've done about 10 sets of headlights now using rustoleum flat black for the finish on the interior of the lense... i used krylon because its all they had when i wen to the store today... well the pictures speak for themselves

    was that the fusion one or just regular shit? the only stuff I had luck on with plastics was fusion whatever the fuck it's called, you know what I mean

              Just a thought... since your painting them anyway.. any chance of sanding that section back out smooth with some fine grit?

                  its dipped plastic... it will be a bitch but possible... i'll just live with it i guess

                    just take some 1000 grit sand paper to that one spot and lightly rescuff the rest of the painted area and go for it again. you should be able to save it.

                        thats what our painters do at the body shop with dirt nibs or contaminated areas in between coats.

                          yeah sanded em all down today and wiped them off then sprayed again... cracked all over the place after about 5 minutes of drying... fuck krylon i threw the can into the dumpster so hard it blew up.... now i sand again tomorrow and hit it with rustoleum..

                            When we said sand them down, we didn't mean to apply another coat of Craplyon, lol.
