well if there like the ions then technicaly you can take them apartOriginally posted by ECOtec GodsConsider this: 800 hp is a lot on a 2.0L motor. With 750hp, three-quarters of a thousand you're basically dealing with 6.14 hp per cubic inch. Pressures and stresses of all kinds thermal and mechanical loading across the board escalate to extreme levels. A Chevrolet 5.7-liter LS1 V8 with this much specific power (horsepower per cubic inch) would be making 2,137 hp

I had a freaind that went to walmart and got some 1500 grit sandpaper and a wax. they came out really well. but you gotta keep the wax on all the time

isnt the fog cause the seal in the headlight is or was broken, allowing moisture to get in there and fog up and then stain the inside of the lens?
if that is what happen then pop em open and clean the hell out of them then wax and seal them up good with some epoxy or somthing along those lines
if its on the outside then do as girafro saysFucking Pringle bastards.

brokenheadz2003 brings up a good point - you've first got to figure out why they're foggy - whether it's from oxydation or condensation. Usually not too hard to tell, though.SaturnSeries.net Owner

shouldnt be too hard, razor blade should probly do the trick, just DONT crack them and make sure you seal them them up good or it will happen again. i think there is a DIy post on painting ion headlights, that should give you a rough idea on how to take them apart
woot woot found the linky

Bake the headlights...A few guys on the coloradofans.com site have baked, and taken out the reflectors, also a couple have painted up the black plastic inside them.
Step one, Remove headlights and all bulbs and wiring...
Step two, Place in oven on 200* for about 10 minutes and check to see if the sealant has been melted yet, if not, then put back in periodically for 2-5 minutes.
Step three, remove, and use a flathead screwdriver or other flat tool to pry gently the lens away from the housing.
Step four, do what you gotta do to them lights.
Step five, get some good sealant, like epoxy and seal them up, and you are done.I own a 2005 Chevy Colorado Z85 2wd, Heavily modded for a College Budget...

The stuff is in a little white bottle and has blue lettering. its like 6$ a bottle. theres a cleaner then a polish.
Sry dont have the name, but if you look im sure youll find it and it works awsomeLowered, Drifz Rims, Fiber Images Carbon Fiber Hood, Kustom System, Tinted Tails, Interior Mods, Blue Underglow and Blue/Blacklights inside. Other Misc Mods done...
