  • Somebody School me on Fiberglassing

    I need a GOOD how-to on fiberglassing a sub enclosure. I read up on a few sites, but i need to know what materials i need, where to get them, and for relatively how much. Also what kind of tools i need, and ay extras

      hmm... half the site is broken, but what REALLY helped was the materials list. Wow, i didnt know it would be about 100 bux for most of the supplies!

      I guess i'm saving monies now.. and after i finish the enclosure i'll get an amp.

        its alot of work...
        my bodykit split once and i ended up fixing it myself for about 40 bux. Then i made a ashtray switchbox (which i never really showed no one [img]{SMILIES_PATH}/eusa_eh.gif[/img] ) and im thinking of what else i can make.

        But be prepared to spend most of your time sanding.

          100bux? you could probably do the bulk of the work with $50ish.... goto vatozone and get a couple packs of chopmat, 1 of their big cans of resin, a tube of hardener, a pack of gloves, and a mask.

          i that should be close...
