Ion remote radar detector, laser jammer

I'm looking for recommendations from folks who have installed radar detectors and/or laser jammers in their Ion. Where did you mount the control unit?

Also looking for recs on a shop in Tampa for that sort of thing.

stay away from laser jamers they dont work PERIOD

escort passport 8500 x50 or valentine v1 depends on how much you want to spend. IMHO the V1 only has the advantage of the arrows

i mounted mine on the windshild like your suposed to. got tired of the rattling from my system and velcroed it to the center cluster
